As General Manager and with over 20+ years at EEG, Allison is responsible for advising and supporting current and future client engagements, our global partnership networks, continuing our industry leadership initiatives, and further expanding our presence. The best advice she received from her parents? “You have two ears and one mouth. Listen twice as much as you speak. Key to my success. Always listening.”

Meet Brittani.

Who has inspired you the most?
My grandfather. He taught me that to be successful, you have to work hard, build relationships, and make yourself be seen. He also always said it doesn’t matter how successful you are or how much money you make if you aren’t happy. So always strive for happiness.

Meet Chris.

Chris Shavor is the Director of Sponsorship and Tradeshow Management and has been with EEG since 2006. Chris brings a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of the exhibit and exposition industry to the EEG team. The five words that best describe him? Diplomatic, strategic, passionate, empathetic, and outgoing.

Meet Deborah.

Deborah Gehlen is the Manager of EEG Air Travel Services. Her favorite exotic locale? “My favorite exotic locations include seeing the amazing animals on safari at the Masai Mara in Kenya and scuba diving in Fiji.”

Meet Janet.

Janet King is the Director of Registration and has been with EEG for more than 15 years. When asked to describe herself in 10 words, Janet says, “Female, Korean-American, fun, loyal, smart, soulful, funny, bossy, bright.”

What is your all-time favorite moment at EEG and why?
Working with a team and putting in long hours, hard work, tons of effort, thinking it’s an uphill battle and an impossible task…then you succeed, and you make it happen, together. It is such a great moment to share with your co-workers.

Kate is a Sr. Director of Business Development and has been with EEG since 2019. Kate’s ideal weekend? “Anything that involves travel, spending time with friends and family, good food, live music, bike rides, farmers markets, exploring, and adventures.”

Meet Lindsay.

Lindsay is Business Development Manager and has been with EEG since xxxx. The best part of her job? “I love working across all departments of EEG. It lets me understand our company as a whole. Crafting proposals that showcase the best of EEG and the successes we have with our customers with the help of all our department managers and employees is very rewarding.”

Meet Maddy.

Maddy McSweeney is the Director of Operations and has been with EEG since 2018. She leads a team of seasoned and passionate event operators, who are experts in executing everything from exceptional incentive programs to trailblazing user conferences. Outside of work, Maddy enjoys taking long walks with her dog, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. When at home, you’ll often find her cooking for loved ones or unwinding while watching her favorite shows.
